Terms & Conditions for Zaffeh

Welcome to Zaffeh (“Zaffeh”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zaffeh mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Zaffeh

Zaffeh is a platform operated by زفة لاعمال الوساطة التجارية ذ م م (Zaffeh LLC) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The Platform enables users to:

  • Browse celebration and event services
  • Submit reservations
  • Coordinate event-related services
  • Communicate regarding bookings and operations
  • Process applicable payments
2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • All information provided by you is accurate and current
  • Zaffeh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting your login credentials, and all activities occurring under your account.

You must immediately notify Zaffeh of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Reservations & Services
A. Reservation Requests

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee final confirmation.

Reservations may remain pending, under review, awaiting payment, or awaiting operational confirmation.

Zaffeh reserves the right to reject or cancel reservations at its discretion.

B. Service Availability

All services are subject to provider availability, operational capacity, geographic coverage, and scheduling limitations.

Availability shown on the Platform may change without prior notice.

C. Changes & Modifications

Users may request changes to reservations, subject to operational approval, provider availability, and additional charges.

Certain modifications may not be possible after confirmation.

5. Payments
A. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform may include service fees, operational charges, and taxes where applicable.

Final pricing is shown during checkout or confirmation.

B. Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through third-party providers.

Supported payment methods may include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, CliQ, and cash or manual payments.

C. Deposits

Some reservations may require partial or full advance payment.

Failure to complete payment may result in reservation cancellation, loss of booking priority, or service unavailability.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund and cancellation eligibility may depend on service type, timing of cancellation, provider policies, and operational commitments already made.

Zaffeh reserves the right to deduct operational or processing fees and refuse refunds in cases of abuse or policy violations.

Approved refunds may require processing time depending on the payment provider.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform unlawfully
  • Provide false information
  • Abuse providers, staff, or customers
  • Interfere with Platform operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Zaffeh reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban violating users.
8. Provider Relationships

Zaffeh may work with independent service providers, teams, partners, or contractors.

While Zaffeh coordinates services and operations, certain services may be delivered by third-party providers.

Zaffeh is not liable for delays caused by external factors, provider-specific operational issues, force majeure events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

8A. Independent Service Providers Disclaimer

Zaffeh acts solely as a technology platform and operational intermediary connecting customers with independent service providers, vendors, teams, performers, photographers, organizers, suppliers, and related event service providers (“Providers”).

All services booked through the Platform are ultimately performed and delivered by independent third-party Providers and not directly by Zaffeh unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaffeh shall not be responsible or liable for:

  • Any personal injury, death, accident, or physical harm
  • Property damage or financial loss
  • Provider misconduct, negligence, or illegal acts
  • Delays, cancellations, or service failures
  • Quality of performance or provider behavior
  • Disputes between customers and Providers
  • Acts, omissions, statements, or conduct of Providers
  • Breach of contract or failure of Providers to fulfill obligations
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Provider services
  • Customers acknowledge and agree that Providers operate independently from Zaffeh.
  • Zaffeh does not supervise or control every aspect of Provider operations.
  • Zaffeh does not guarantee Provider conduct, performance quality, or uninterrupted service.
  • Any claims relating to Provider conduct or service delivery shall primarily be directed toward the responsible Provider.
  • Zaffeh reserves the right to assist in operational coordination and dispute resolution at its sole discretion without assuming legal liability.
9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, branding, designs, graphics, text, software, and media, are owned by or licensed to Zaffeh and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

10. Platform Availability

Zaffeh does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

The Platform may be updated, maintained, temporarily suspended, or modified without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaffeh shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, event disruptions, third-party actions, technical interruptions, or delays outside reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaffeh, its management, employees, providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy available at:

14. Termination

Zaffeh may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, or Platform security is threatened.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jordan.

16. Changes to Terms

Zaffeh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
